About the game
The counterpart to Pokémon Diamond, with Palkia, ruler of space, as the legendary Pokémon in the finale. In addition to a different scene at Spear Pillar, the available species change: Pokémon Pearl offers Glameow, Stunky, and Bagon, among others, instead of Murkrow, Larvitar, and Scyther from its companion version. Everything else in Sinnoh, including the Underground, Pokétch, and Super Contests, remains unchanged. Both versions launched together in 2006 and became some of the best-selling titles on Nintendo DS.

A diagram, not a world map: distances are not to scale, there are no coastlines, and a route that bends in the game is a straight line here. The directions are accurate, though — every connection matches the game. The legend below the drawing explains each symbol.
