Evolutions

A species entry answers the question “what will this Pokémon turn into”. These lists answer the opposite one: which ones evolve with a stone at all, which need a trade and which evolve only at night. There are 509 evolutions in total, and each one falls into exactly one of ten groups.

The grouping does not follow the trigger name from the source data but what the player has to do. Espeon formally evolves “by leveling up”, but really through friendship at the right time of day — and that is where you will find it here: under friendship.
