About the game
A spin-off that changed how the entire series was viewed. It is set in Hisui, the Sinnoh of centuries past, when humans were only beginning to learn how to coexist with Pokémon. Instead of a linear route through Gyms, players explore broad open areas, sneaking around, throwing Poké Balls without battling first, and completing research tasks for the Pokédex. Battles gained Agile Style and Strong Style, which alter turn order. Along the way are Alpha Pokémon, frenzied noble Pokémon to quell, and a finale involving Arceus.
